Our consultants are equipped with various M&E qualitative and quantitative techniques including theory of change (ToC). We are experienced in various quantitative evaluation methods to quantify the causal effect such as: randomised control trial, regression discontinuity design, difference-in-differences, propensity score matching, and instrumental variables. In terms of costing and economic evaluation, we use ingredient approach as well as cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA), respectively.
