Mr Johnstone holds a bachelor degree in Information Systems from the University of Dodoma (UDOM). He has a good experience in software and system development. Mr Johnstone co-designed and developed a number of systems such as:  Pharmacy Council Management Information System (PCMIS) for pharmacy council; health facility information management system (HFIMS) for health facility everyday duties; public participation in national budget (PPNB) to capture citizen opinions on national budget; RAHISISHA system for configuration of server system and troubleshooting; and Hotel management system. At TanMetric company, Mr Johnstone leads all services related to software and system development, software installation and troubleshooting.
